BRICK, NJ, MARCH 25, 2005 - Edgewood Properties announced that its subsidiary, JSM Brick LLC, has received approvals for a 288,245-square-foot retail complex located on Route 70 in Brick Township, New Jersey. The center is being developed on 29 commercially zoned acres adjacent to the Lakewood-Brick border. Construction is expected to commence later this spring and conclude as early as summer 2006.
The shopping center will be anchored by Costco, which will be accompanied by additional national retail tenants ranging from 4,000 to 50,158 square feet.
