This expanded division within the Edgewood Organization will be led by Joseph D. Morris, a 13-year veteran of the commercial real estate sector. The division will focus on acquiring, leasing and managing the nearly 5 million square feet of retail and mixed-use development projects in various stages of planning and construction.
