This freestanding future site of Home Depot, the world's second largest retailer is their second location in the market and involves the future relocation of Costco, the site's current occupant to another Brick project being developed by Edgewood Properties, Market Place at Brick.

Brick Township is widely recognized as the premier retail destination of Ocean County and southern Monmouth County.
