Edison commercial property lease

durham_pic Durham Center is a Walgreens-anchored community center with over 13,000 square feet of small stores. Located at one of the premier intersections in Edison with a combined traffic count of over 40,000 vehicles per day, the center enjoys a strong residential and industrial base and provides extraordinary visibility in all directions.

Edison is currently one of the fastest growing towns in New Jersey. As of the United States 2000 Census, it was the fifth most-populated municipality in the state. The United States Census Bureau's 2004 Population Estimate showed that the town's population was 100,142, making it one of six municipalities in New Jersey with a population over 100,000. It is also one of the largest townships in the North Jersey in terms of area, as it is a conglomerate of several formerly individual towns.

In the township the population was spread out with 22.9% under the age of 18, 7.8% from 18 to 24, 34.0% from 25 to 44, 23.4% from 45 to 64, and 11.9% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 36 years; the median income for a household in the township was $69,746, and the median income for a family was $77,976.

In July 2006, Edison was placed 28th in MONEY Magazine's "Best Places To Live" in the US. Edison is one of the more diverse townships in New Jersey. This is heavily due to an influx of Asian immigrants during the past 25 years.
